Covid-19 Safety Protocols

We care deeply about the health and safety of all our members, as well as that of Fresno State faculty, students, and staff. To ensure the safety of all conference attendees, and in compliance with recently updated COVID-19 safety procedures at Fresno State, all guests attending the conference in person must be prepared to show proof of full vaccination OR a negative COVID test dated within 72 hours of arrival on campus. Additionally, guests coming on campus will need to complete Fresno State's brief daily screening survey at the link below as well as a separate CAPMT liability waiver which will be emailed to each attendee. The Department of Music at Fresno State requires guests attending events on campus to be fully-masked while indoors.

P1 and P31 are the parking lots nearest to the Music Building. Only lot P1 will be open to visitors on Friday, and a parking permit must be purchased for $5.00 from any of the Daily Parking Permit Dispensers labeled on the map above. Parking will be relaxed on all lots for the duration of the Conference on Saturday, so no permit will be required. However, lot P1 may be affected on Saturday evening from 5:00PM due to an event nearby at the Save Mart Center. P31 should remain unaffected. Turning into campus onto Maple Ave. from Shaw Ave. will be the easiest way to access lot P1. Turning onto Barton Ave. from Shaw will be the easiest way to access lot P31.
