Registration Fees

New Registrations — In-Person or Virtual

Non-CAPMT Member Surcharge for Students: +$40

Make-Up Registration Fee

For students who were previously registered for the in-person event and need to register for the make-up event:

All Levels: $35

Important: The $35 make-up registration fee applies only to students who were originally registered for the in-person event, and the $35 fee is in addition to the original in-person registration fee paid prior to submitting the make-up registration application. Students registering for the make-up event as a new virtual registration must pay the regular registration fee listed above ($45/55/70).

In order to keep fees affordable for students, teachers must be able to volunteer for in-person Festivals -- preferably on the day of the event, or in some cases, remotely in other administrative tasks.  If unable to volunteer, please consider virtual Festivals where volunteering is not needed.

Please read the current CAPMT Student Program Guidelines above.  Deviation from these rules may result in disqualification.

*Virtual & Make-Up Registration ONLY: Even if you've already submitted an in-person registration before and this is your make-up registration, you must still submit a new form above. The Virtual & Make-Up Registration and Video submission deadlines are November 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm (PDT).

Step Two:  Submit Your Videos Here

AFTER completing the registration form at the blue link above, please submit your videos at the yellow link. If you do not submit both parts of the registration by the deadline, the application will be considered incomplete. There will be no refunds!
