2024 CAPMT Festival Celebration NORTH (Ensembles)

In Piano and Ensemble Festivals, students are rated 1–5 (5 being the highest), with those receiving a 5 being invited (but not required) to perform at the CAPMT Festival Celebrations (North and South).

This is a friendly reminder that parents of students with the top score of 5 (5+, 5, or 5-) that qualify for the Festival Celebration must register online. Students will NOT be automatically registered for the Festival Celebration. All registration is to be completed by the parent (NOT the teacher).

Application Deadline: December 17, 2023, 11:59 PM PST

A parent/legal guardian must register their child for the appropriate application:

• Ensemble Festival Celebration Application

• Please make sure to fill out the correct form: Festival Celebration North or Festival Celebration South.

• Students MUST provide their own accompanist at the CAPMT Festival Celebrations.

• Festivals are in recital format.

• Students must perform in the CAPMT Festival Celebrations in order to receive a festival medal.

*  A change of accompanist is acceptable for Piano Festival students for the CAPMT Festival Celebrations.

• This application form is NOT to be filled out by the Teacher.
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE TO TEACHERS
  Teachers must submit the CAPMT Festival Celebration Teacher Volunteer Availability Form to complete their students' application process. Teachers may submit the Volunteer Availability Form online. All teachers with students performing in the Festival Celebrations must fill out this form, but the form only needs to be filled once. THANK YOU!
