In Piano and Vocal/Ensemble Auditions, students are rated 1–5 (5 being the best), with those receiving a 5 being invited (but not required) to perform at the CAPMT Northern Festival or CAPMT Southern Festival.
This is a friendly reminder that parents of students with the top score of 5 (5+, 5, or 5-) that qualify for the Northern Festival must register online by December 15, 2019! Students will NOT be automatically registered for the Northern Festival. All registration is to be completed by the parent (not the teacher).
Applications will only be accepted ONLINE.

Students MUST provide their own accompanist at the CAPMT Northern Festival.
Festivals are in recital format:
NORTH: February 15, 2020 (SAT) at Peace Lutheran Church in Danville, CA
Students must perform in the CAPMT Northern Festival in order to receive a festival medal.
* A change of accompanist is acceptable for ENSEMBLE AND VOCAL ENSEMBLE AUDITIONS students for the CAPMT Northern Festival.

This application form is NOT to be filled out by the Teacher.IMPORTANT NOTE TO TEACHERSTeachers must submit the CAPMT Northern Festival 2020 Teacher Volunteer Availability Form to complete their students' application process. Teachers may submit the Volunteer Availability Form online. All teachers with students performing in the Northern Festival must fill out this form, but the form only needs to be filled once.
